If you are like me, you are most successful learning a new skill by having three steps. These steps include, someone “showing me how to do it”, next “telling me how to do it” and then the last step is when I “do it” myself. Instructional video clips are one of the best tools you can use for getting auditory and visual instructions when learning a new skill. Here is a video clip from my book that demonstrates drawing a one point perspective box. Check it out!
I am excited about the ten different instructional videos that I created to support the material for my book, Exploring Perspective Hand Drawing, Fundamentals for Interior Design. Each 5 minute video is similar to the one you just viewed. It explains the drawing concept, shows how do draw the concept and then you can practice this concept yourself in the Activity Sketch Book. This educational package, the book, the activity sketch book and CD, provide a successful way to start your drawing journey.
